1. Promoter:
    The promoter is Sident Ltd, a company registered in the UK.
  2. Eligibility:
    The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who enter via the official online form. Employees of Sident and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. How to Enter:
    To enter, participants must complete the online form accessed via QR code at an event, providing their name and email address, and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Only one entry per person per quarter is permitted.
  4. Prize:
    One winner will be selected at random each quarter to receive a £250 Amazon voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. Draw Dates:
    Draws will take place at the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, December). Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via the email address provided.

If you attend an event during the final month of a quarter (e.g., September), your entry will be included in the draw at the end of the following quarter (e.g., December). This ensures all entries from that event are fairly included.
